Shahtab Wahid

I’m a Product and UX designer with over 10 years of experience, a drive to design for the most interesting domains, and a desire to improve design organizations.

I’m currently a member of Bloomberg's UX Team and work within our Platform and Toolkits team. Previously, I worked with the Communication, Collaboration, and Compliance product groups designing tools for The Terminal and the web.  I've mentored design and research interns for years.  I am quite enthusiastic about design organization operations.

I spent quite a long time studying at Virginia Tech.  That's due to a deep interest in Human-Computer Interaction and a strong attachment to Blacksburg, VA.  When my time there came to an end, I had a doctorate degree, a desire to dig deep into interesting problems, and a duty to acquire and pass on knowledge.
